The year was 1996, young and in love, we bought ourselves an early wedding present. A year later we sold it to my in-laws for practical reasons.. Now, after some substantial therapy (for the car), we have our wedding Miata back, and it is absolutely fabulous!!

At the time, Miata was NOT Always The Answer, and we moved it along to be replaced by an Audi Quattro Wagon – largely so we could cart people around. We’ve had several Miatas since, but none was as special to us as the first one – OUR Miata. So when we finally got it back, it was like a warm slice of apple pie with ice cream, or maybe more like just going home again. Whatever it was, or is, it sounds great at high revs and loves to pound the back roads!
